Built Buildings Lab weighs in on Culture at COP30

Executive Director Lori Ferriss co-authored two op-eds on the important role of culture and heritage in climate dialogues in advance of COP30 . In Brazilian outlet Midia Ninja, Lori co-authored Heritage and Climate: Unlocking Low-Carbon Futures at COP30 on the opportunities for culture in climate mitigation policy at COP30 as part of a three-part series led by the Climate Heritage Network. With the World Economic Forum, Lori co-authored How culture and heritage can be catalysts for climate resilience, demonstrating heritage-based solutions to equitable climate action in the built environment.
